We offer our tailor-made chimney cassettes in a wide range of shapes and sizes so that they can be perfectly adapted to any open fireplace. The efficient flue gas routing noticeably reduces flue gas temperatures and heat losses. Thanks to the optimized flue gas routing, significantly more pollutants are burned than with open fireplaces, which considerably increases efficiency. The integrated, currentless automatic combustion air system ensures particularly efficient combustion and at the same time enables effortless operation with reduced wood consumption. Cleaning is also uncomplicated: The removable ash box makes it easy to empty.

Based on our proven evo technology, we have developed five standard fireplace inserts that stand out for their quality, functionality, and well-thought-out details. The NEO-Line Kaso insert, in particular, impresses with its premium feel and sturdy door frame. Removable convection plates make cleaning easier, the door hinge direction can be flexibly adjusted, and a pull-out ash pan provides added convenience for everyday use. Whether as a smart replacement solution or for a new build—the Kaso is simply the perfect fit.

Improved airflow
To ensure proper oxygen supply via the secondary air, the primary air automatically shuts off as soon as the air control lever is closed to 20%. This results in a clean and efficient burn.
Felt Gaskets
Felt gaskets ensure a tight seal at the designated component joints.

Large Smoke Collector
The spacious smoke collector above the baffle plate captures the rising flue gases and directs them to the exhaust connection. Individual deflector plates in the smoke collector can optionally be replaced with catalytic plates.
Optional axial fans
Two axial fans accelerate the heated convection air as it exits above the combustion chamber. The fans can move up to 80 m³/h of air.
Welser Profile Frames
The sturdy door frame ensures a robust construction. The snap-in door seals, based on the Welser profile, make it easier to maintain and replace the viewing window. Even during servicing, affected components can be replaced on a selective basis.
