- the date and time you accessed one of our web pages

- your IP address

The legal basis for the temporary storage of data is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

3.2 Personal data
Personal data is collected when you provide it as part of an inquiry, when registering and using our spare parts store, or in our contact form. The data you provide will be used without your separate consent to fulfill and process your order or request. The data will not be transmitted to third parties for advertising purposes (no address sales).

3.2.1 Contact form
A contact form is available on our website. If you use this option, the data entered in the input mask will be transmitted to us and stored:

  • Subject
  • your name
  • email address
  • Message

3.3 Purposes and legal basis for data processing
We process the personal data from the input screen solely to process the contact. In the case of contact by email, this also constitutes the necessary legitimate interest in processing the data.

The legal basis for the processing of data transmitted in the course of sending an email is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. If the e-mail contact is aimed at the conclusion of a contract, the additional legal basis for the processing is Art. 6 para. 1 letter b GDPR.

As part of your order via our spare parts store, personal data is processed for the conclusion of a contract with our company. The legal basis results from Art. 6 para. 1 letter b GDPR.

3.4 Storage period or criteria for determining the duration
Ordering spare parts store: If necessary, we process and store your personal data for the duration of our business relationship. In addition, we are subject to various retention and documentation obligations, which essentially result from the German Commercial Code (HGB) and the German Fiscal Code (AO). The retention and documentation periods specified there are six to ten years. Finally, the storage period is also assessed according to the statutory limitation periods, which, for example, according to §§ 195 ff. of the German Civil Code (BGB), are generally 3 years; if it is necessary to preserve evidence, for example in the context of legal proceedings, the limitation periods of the German Civil Code (BGB) can be up to 30 years if a court title exists. After termination of the contractual relationship, deletion takes place after expiry of the statutory retention regulations.

Contact forms: If the purpose for storing the data no longer applies, the personal data will be blocked or deleted as long as this does not conflict with statutory retention obligations.

3.5 Recipients or categories of recipients of the data (if a data transfer takes place)

With regard to the processing of personal data, we have contractually obliged this provider to comply with the requirements of European data protection law. Further information on this can be found in the provider's privacy policy.

3.5.2 Applications
If you apply to our company, we process your application data exclusively for purposes related to your interest in current or future employment with us and the processing of your application. Your application will only be processed and acknowledged by the relevant contact persons at our company. All employees entrusted with data processing are obliged to maintain the confidentiality of your data. If we are unable to offer you employment, we will retain the data you have submitted for up to three months after any rejection for the purpose of answering questions in connection with your application and rejection. This does not apply if statutory provisions prevent deletion, if further storage is necessary for the purpose of providing evidence or if you have expressly consented to longer storage. The legal basis for data processing is 26 para. 1 sentence 1 BDSG. If we store your applicant data for longer than six months and you have expressly consented to this, we would like to point out that this consent can be freely revoked at any time in accordance with Art. 7 para. 3 GDPR. The Google Tag Manager itself does not set cookies but only tags and does not collect any personal data. The service triggers other tags, which in turn may collect data. However, Google Tag Manager does not access this data. If a deactivation has been made at domain or cookie level, this remains in place for all tracking tags that are implemented with Google Tag Manager.

7 MyFonts Counter

On this website we use MyFonts Counter, a web analysis service of MyFonts Inc, 500 Unicorn Park Drive, Woburn, MA 01801, USA. MyFonts only collects anonymized data. The data may be passed on by activating Java Script code in your browser. To prevent the execution of Java Script code from MyFonts altogether, you can install a Java Script blocker (e.g. https://noscript.net/).

8 Facebook

We use social plugins from the social network facebook.com, which is operated by Facebook Inc, 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA The plugins can be recognized by one of the Facebook logos. When you visit a website that contains such a plugin, your browser establishes a direct connection with the Facebook servers. By clicking on the button, Facebook receives the information that a user has accessed the corresponding page of the website. If the user is logged in to Facebook, Facebook can assign the visit to their Facebook account. If users interact with the plugins, for example by clicking the Like button or posting a comment, the corresponding information is transmitted directly from your browser to Facebook and stored there. If a user is not a member of Facebook, it is still possible for Facebook to find out their IP address and store it. According to Facebook, only an anonymized IP address is stored in Germany.

The purpose and scope of the data collection and the further processing and use of the data by Facebook as well as the relevant rights and setting options for protecting the privacy of users can be found in Facebook's data protection information: https: //www.facebook.com/about/privacy/.

If a user is a Facebook member and does not want Facebook to collect data about them via this website and link it to their membership data stored on Facebook, they must log out of Facebook before visiting the website.

8.5.1 Facebook Pixel
We use the remarketing function "Custom Audiences" of Facebook Ireland Limited (4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland "Facebook") on our website.

Facebook Ireland and we are jointly responsible for the collection of your data and the transmission of this data to Facebook when the service is integrated. The basis for this is an agreement between us and Facebook Ireland on the joint processing of personal data, in which the respective responsibilities are defined. The agreement is available at https://www.facebook.com/legal/controller_addendum. Accordingly, we are responsible in particular for fulfilling the information obligations pursuant to Art. 13, 14 GDPR, for compliance with the security requirements of Art. 32 GDPR with regard to the correct technical implementation and configuration of the service and for compliance with the obligations pursuant to Art. 33, 34 GDPR, insofar as a breach of the protection of personal data affects our obligations under the joint processing agreement. Facebook Ireland is responsible for enabling the rights of data subjects in accordance with Art. 15 - 20 GDPR, complying with the security requirements of Art. 32 GDPR with regard to the security of the service and the obligations under Art. 33, 34 GDPR, insofar as a personal data breach affects Facebook Ireland's obligations under the joint processing agreement.

The application serves the purpose of targeting visitors to the website with interest-based advertising on the Facebook social network. The Facebook remarketing tag has been implemented on the website for this purpose. This tag is used to establish a direct connection to the Facebook servers when the website is visited. This tells the Facebook server which of our pages you have visited. Facebook assigns this information to your personal Facebook user account. When you visit the Facebook social network, you will then be shown personalized, interest-based Facebook ads.

Your data may be transferred to the USA. There is no adequacy decision by the EU Commission for the USA. The data transfer takes place, among other things, on the basis of standard contractual clauses as suitable guarantees for the protection of personal data, which can be viewed at: https: //www.facebook.com/legal/EU_data_transfer_addendum.
